Brucher Thieltgen & Partners has a solid experience in banking and finance laws through constant practice in these matters, both in the specificities of Luxembourg laws as well as in the framework of international transactions. The firm is particularly active in transactional and regulatory work and advises well-known Luxembourgish and foreign credit institutions as well as other professionals within the financial sector.
