Shira’s primary area of practice is employment law, representing employers, both Israeli and foreign, representatives of companies’ executive management, workers’ unions, employers’ unions, employee organizations, and employees, through liquidation and foreclosure proceedings, as well as for the suspension of proceedings.
Shira regularly advises clients with respect to a wide variety of matters within the field of labor law, including the provision of legal counsel, expert opinions, representation before both civil courts and labor tribunals, the drafting and negotiation of contracts and collective agreements, consultation and accompaniment with respect to a variety of commercial transactions, including restructurings, mergers, and the sale and purchase of activity for corporations and other legal entities in connection with all aspects of employment law.
