Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka‘s infrastructure and energy practice stands out as a key resource for entities operating in the conventional power, renewable energy, nuclear and cogeneration sectors, including major domestic and international energy producers. The team has substantial experience in advising on complex issues related to mining, infrastructure and waste management projects, and offers guidance on state aid, PPP and construction law issues within the energy sector. The team is led by co-led Rafał Hajduk, who ‘accurately combines knowledge from different fields of law and branches of the economy‘; recently, he has been increasingly active in advising on renewable projects, such as onshore and offshore wind and solar matters. Marcin Krakowiak shares leadership responsibilities with Hajduk, bringing particular expertise in greenfield investments to her role. Paweł Grzejszczak and Katarzyna Kuźma are also noteworthy, with the latter heading up the public procurement and environmental protection teams and serving as a key contact for energy companies seeking advice on these matters.
