Career

Wojciech specialises in transaction advisory services and day-to-day corporate counselling. He has supported domestic and international entities in structuring and implementing restructuring processes, including structures for the purpose of tax restructuring.

He has advised on a number of transactions involving the acquisition and disposal of companies by domestic and international entities. Wojciech’s experience covers comprehensive transaction advisory services while preparing and implementing transaction processes for the potential buyers and sellers of enterprises, most significantly structuring the transactions, drafting transaction-related documentation and negotiating.

Wojciech has experience in restructuring processes involving spin-offs, consolidation of companies (also as part of cross-border mergers), corporate divisions and transformations. He has led vendor due diligence both for the potential buyers and sellers.

He has advised clients on the acquisition and granting private financing (also by the issuance of corporate bonds) and bank financing, as well as on the restructuring and refinancing of borrowers’ debt towards banks.

Education

Wojciech graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and from the Political Science Department at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.
