Career
Fabio Ghiretti deals with IP matters (including trademarks, patents, copyright) competition, and antitrust law. He has also gained extensive know-how in the New technologies and Interactive Entertainment area.
He graduated from the University del Sacro Cuore in 1994 and he has been a member of the Italian Bar Association since 2001.
He is the author of the comments to Articles 120, 128, 129 and 130 of the commentary to the Code of Industrial Property edited by Vanzetti and published by Giuffré. He also writes in the law journal “Giurisprudenza Annotata di Diritto Industriale”.
He is the scientific coordinator and lecturer for post-graduate IP and New Technologies Law courses for lawyers powered by the JLS School of Legal Education. He is frequently invited as a speaker in international seminars about intellectual property law and media matters. In addition, he takes part as a lecturer in post graduate IP courses and masters.
