Stella is specialized in real estate, having conducted numerous due-diligence exercises and having negotiated and successfully completed significant real estate deals, such as transfers of real property, sale and lease back agreements, development contracts and lease agreements.

Besides day-to-day advice on commercial and corporate law, she also has an extensive experience in banking and finance, having handled many cases of bank loan agreements, syndicated loans, convertible bond loans and security agreements.

She has recently participated in the preparation of the Greek section of the LawInContext Financial Products Distribution Helpdesk (created by Baker & McKenzie), consisting of Banking and Securities Relationship Manager Checklists.

Before joining the firm, Stella has served as legal advisor of EMPORIKI Leasing S.A. (2000-2006) and Head of legal services of EKTASIS Development S.A. (2006-2009).
