Maria is specialized in environmental law and land-planning, with an extensive knowledge of the legal framework and the technicalities with regards to permits, including Approvals for Environmental Impact Studies, Technical Studies, Installation and Operation Permits, etc.
She has a wide experience in this sector, as she has been very actively involved with the drafting and coordination of Environmental Impact Assessment of international standards. She has also advised with regards both to planning and litigation stages, having represented major clients and Local Authorities before the Conseil d’ État.

Admitted to the Athens Bar in 1999.
Qualified to practice before all Courts of all degrees, including the Supreme Courts.
