Position

Mario Roli advises industrial operators and funds in acquisition transactions and, more generally, in complex extraordinary transactions, mainly in regulated sectors (energy, networks and infrastructure). In particular, Mario is recognized by leading international legal guides as one of the leading lawyers in the country for assisting infrastructure funds and pension funds in the acquisition of companies, including listed ones, operating in the energy, transportation, and telecommunications sectors. He is also active in the utilities sector, having worked on some of the most important utility aggregation transactions carried out in Italy.
