A&L Goodbody's London office advises on Irish law to UK and international companies that have interests in Ireland; the team also acts for Irish corporations that conduct business in the UK. London office head Stephen Carson is a partner in the asset management and investment funds group, who advises international asset management firms and investment banks on the establishment and authorisation of investment funds, as well as the authorisation of undertakings for collective investments in transferable securities management companies and alternative investment fund managers. Former associate Louise Johnston left for Clifford Chance.
Arthur Cox's London office is experienced in advising on Irish law in relation to transactions that involve Irish, UK and international business assets. London office head David Molloy is a partner in the firm's finance group, who specialises in structuring, negotiating, implementing and restructuring finance transactions, including restructuring and enforcement options, asset, property and development finance, secured and unsecured lending, and acquisition facilities.
Matheson's London office acts for internationally-focused companies and financial institutions doing business in and from Ireland. Sharon Daly heads the London office, taking over from Liam Quirke, who relocated to the firm's Dublin office, in July 2019. Daly, who focuses on commercial litigation, also heads the firm's Brexit group. Corporate law partner Éanna Mellett left for DLA Piper.

William Fry's London office is predominantly on corporate law, asset management and investment funds, and banking and financial services. The office head is corporate partner Ivor Banim, who specialises in M&A, fundraising, joint ventures and shareholder structuring matters, restructurings and venture capital; and Lorena Dunne is an asset management and investment funds partner. Banking and finance specialist Laura Houlihan has returned to Ireland to co-head the firm's Cork office.
