Cobalt¬†recently advised the Baltic Horizon Fund on its ‚ā¨34m acquisition of Postimaja shopping centre. The team is headed by Aivar Taro¬†and Liina Linsi, and senior associate Raul Keba¬†is another name to note. Other key clients for the firm include Porto Franco and Raunistal; the firm is advising the latter on all aspects of¬†the¬†development of a wind farm

Piret Blankin heads the team at Derling Primus, which recently advised Kunda Nordic Tsement on various matters related to the development of the Port of Kunda. The firm also acted for Kohila County in a dispute pertaining to the planning of the Rail Baltica project. Margo Lemetti is also recommended.

Ellex is advising the Ministry of Finance on the upcoming Rail Baltica project. The 'market-leading' practice is headed by Martin Triipan, while Martin Käerdi, Jaanus Ikla, and Risto Vahimets are also highly recommended. Triin Frosch has 'extensive experience in energy and infrastructure work' and advised Enefit Energiatootmine on the construction of the Auvere power plant.

FORT's 'versatile' team¬†is¬†'well known in the¬†market'. The group¬†recently represented the Estonian Environment Agency in a series of disputes concerning the construction of a hazardous waste management facility.¬†The practice is headed by¬†¬†Minni-Triin Park, who is 'experienced' and 'easy to work with', and is supported by¬†Jaana N√Ķgisto¬†for contentious work. The team at TGS Baltic recently represented Hiiu county government in a series of spatial planning disputes regarding local wind farms. The 'reliable', 'quick and constructive' practice is headed by Martin Tamme, who is supported by head of public procurement, counsel Kristina Laarmaa. Eversheds Sutherland Ots & Co advised Eesti Kultuurkapital on the construction of a new concert facility. Headed by Maivi Ots, Tambet Toomela and Toomas Pikamäe, the 'top quality' practice also assisted Skinest Arendus with its 'New Holland' development project. Other key clients include Pro Kapital and the Estonian Road Administration.

LEADELL Pilv¬†successfully represented V√Ķru Maavalitsus in a dispute over the level of compensation owed to the Orthodox Church of Estonia. Other work includes¬†assisting Lindenline with drafting the¬†contracts required for the construction of a new production facility.¬† Urmas K√Ķrgesaar, Aivar Pilv¬†and Britta Oltjer¬†are the key names.

At NJORD Law Firm, Veikko Toomere heads the practice, which recently advised People Fitness Eesti on lease agreements as part of its entrance into the Estonian market. Triinu Hiob is a key contact for contentious work. Other key clients include 4Kliinik and Stoneridge Electronics.

Sorainen¬†is assisting Mets√§ Wood Eesti with its establishment of a new plywood mill in Estonia, and also advised several high-net-worth individuals following the fraudulent disposal of their property portfolio. At TARK, 'very business-oriented' practice head Allar Aru¬†represents R√§vala Parkla¬†in a complex dispute over the closure of access routes to the client's property.
