Position

Mark is a leading barrister, his practice encompassing:

  • Corporate and personal insolvency work
  • Company and partnership litigation and disputes
  • General commercial litigation
  • Solicitors’ and other professional negligence work
  • Commercial fraud
  • Commercial property disputes

Mark’s clients include government departments, local authorities, banks, office holders, Plcs, SMEs/SMBs, and private clients. His work takes him on a regular basis to the Court of Appeal, the Chancery Division of the High Court, and the Commercial and Mercantile Courts.

Mark’s practice also encompasses alternative dispute resolution work, and include acting as a mediator, arbitrator and acting as an evaluator for the purposes of early neutral evaluations.
