Paweł Długoborski advises on the whole spectrum of credit health, from healthy credit new money deals (corporate, acquisition and project finance) to refined stretched and/or distressed credit situations (out-of-court and hybrid restructurings, distressed debt trades, distressed M&A financings and rescue financings). He has advised financial institutions, companies and investors on some of the largest multi-faceted out-of-court financial restructurings in recent years.
