Career

Cristina Reichmann is a partner in the Finance department at CMS Romania and Head of Capital Markets, FIS and Structured Finance practice in Romania. She has over 20 years of experience advising on capital markets and corporate law, banking and finance, as well as on financial instruments and services.

Cristina advises a variety of international and domestic clients on transactional and regulatory matters on banking and finance, FIS related projects, capital market financing (ECM and DCM), NPLs and transfer of receivables, funds and asset management, securitisation and structured finance, derivatives, film financing, Fintech and digitalization in finance. She has also been involved in several important legislative initiatives in banking and financial services in Romania.

Cristina has substantial experience in working on complex, multi-jurisdictional projects throughout CEE, and beyond, regularly working with CMS colleagues from other offices.
