Renato Stanley has been working in the tax practice area for more than 12 years, focusing on advisory on corporate income taxes, domestic and international planning, taxation of M&A transactions, investment funds, corporate restructuring and infrastructure projects, in addition to specialized advisory on taxation in the industrial sector. The practice includes acting in strategic tax litigation, with experience in administrative proceedings and consultations at the Federal, State and Municipal levels of Public Administration.
