Career

Mónica Rothenberg is a partner in the Arbitration, Litigation, Corporate and General Commercial Practice departments.

Her practice focuses on providing advice on commercial law disputes, in particular on issues of corporate and contractual law, as well as in the handling complex litigation and commercial arbitration.

She has wide experience in commercial law, and has been an advisor in that area since 1991. In 1993, she served in the legal department of the Banco Mercantil of Argentina. From 1994 onwards, she focused on matters of commercial law, principally corporate and insolvency, mainly of foreign companies, in the firm Zaldívar, Manóvil & Asociados, and she has continued to do so at M. & M. Bomchil since 2003.
