The Allende & Brea life sciences team advises clients in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, biotechnology, food, beverages and cosmetics industries on daily operations, regulatory matters, M&A deals, and licensing and distribution agreements. Recent mandates have seen the team assist clients with regulatory clearances for the import, export, sale and distribution of medical products in Argentina, clinical trials, and healthcare packaging and labelling.
