Ingrid Thomas Hessling is a partner at Veirano Advogados and integrates the Capital Markets & Investment Funds practice.

With almost 20 years of experience in corporate law and capital markets, Ingrid works in public offerings of securities in general, structuring investment funds, securitization operations, debt restructuring and corporate operations. Participates in public offerings involving shares, debentures, commercial notes, investment fund shares (FIDC, FII, FI-Agro, FI-Infra and FIP), real estate receivables certificates, agribusiness receivables certificates, among other securities.

Ingrid’s clients include financial institutions, national and foreign companies, investment fund managers and administrators.
