Bruna is a partner of Veirano Advogados and has over 25 years of experience in sophisticated issues involving consulting, negotiating, and complex intellectual property litigating, in Brazil and abroad.

Her IP practice is extensive, covering trademarks, patents, copyright, software, franchising, technology transfer and related topics. In addition, Bruna has an outstanding practice in fashion law, a legal branch that has grown in recent years and where she is considered an authority, according to publications such as Chambers Brazil. She is also an enthusiast of the Data Protection La, and has the certificate of CIPP/E, privacy’s premier European data protection certification, being officially a privacy professional.

The partner has received numerous recognitions from publications focused in the legal market, including Chambers Brazil (Fashion Law), Leaders League (Fashion Law), World IP Review Leaders (Trademark), World Trademark Review 1000, Mondaq Thought Leadership Awards, and Análise Advocacia.

A frequent speaker at Brazilian and international events, Bruna is a co-author of books and a professor at renowned institutions, such as Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), Escola Superior de Advocacia (ESA/OAB) and Ibmec.
