Career

Diego is a partner of the dispute resolution practice area. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in 2010 and has been working as qualified lawyer in Brazil since 2011.

Due to his specialization in Corporate Law, Diego has acted in complex judicial and arbitral proceedings, involving corporate matters, including post-M&A disputes, definition of the purchase price in M&A transactions, directors’ liability, and exclusion of shareholders. Moreover, Diego has also worked with disputes related to construction, corporate contracts, torts and public law.
