Leonardo Augusto Bellorio Battilana is a partner specialized in Litigation tax in the São Paulo office. He focuses his practice on representing clients in judicial and administrative tax litigation encompassing the federal, state and municipal spheres. In the consulting arena, our clients benefit from Leonardo’s extensive experience in tax consultancy, with an emphasis on indirect taxes and litigation-related matters.

Leonardo has an outstanding track record in the energy and technology sectors, with a history of achievements in other sectors, such as infrastructure, industry, commerce, wholesale, retail, pharmaceutical, food, beverages, automotive, home appliances and finance.

Leonardo holds an LL.M. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and a postgraduate degree in Financial Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP).
