Luciana is a partner in BMA’s Corporate and M&A practice area. She has great experience in M&A, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital.

Luciana represents Brazilian and international clients from a variety of sectors, such as technology, financial services, retail, education, health and transportation and logistics.

She has acted in some of Brazil’s most significant corporate restructurings and M&A transactions.

Luciana was an international associate with Debevoise & Plimpton from 2011 to 2012.
