Career
Ellen Juste Nuñez is a partner in BMA’s Corporate and M&A practice area and represents national and international clients during due diligence processes, including in cross border operations, coordinating the work and the teams involved in the projects.
She has extensive experience in the health sector, working in the acquisition of hospitals, providers of diagnostic imaging services, pharmaceuticals, health insurance operators and in stocks and bonds’ offers.
As a due diligence coordinator, she also advises several clients on corporate restructuring, acquisitions and sales of assets and companies in shopping center, energy and infrastructure, retail and new technologies sectors, as well as due diligence for real estate and public offerings of shares and other titles.
With international experience, she worked as a foreign associate at the Argentinian firm Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi between 2007 and 2008.
