Position

Giulia is a partner and Head of the Tax Department at Withers’ Italian Practice. She provides domestic and international tax planning advice on tax issues relating to corporate reorganisations and real estate transactions, assisting both Italian and foreign companies and investors. She has acquired particular expertise in advising private individuals and families on trusts, 'patti di famiglia' and inheritance tax planning. Giulia’s practice also includes tax litigation and tax rulings involving both Italian and foreign tax disputes.
