Position

Isidro is a partner in our Real Estate group, based in Madrid. His practice comprises commercial and corporate real estate advice, working closely with urban planning – particularly public law and regulatory issues, tax and litigation.

Career

Following Isidro’s time at law firms Baker & McKenzie and Broseta, he has developed over twenty five years of experience advising both national and international clients. This includes family offices, private investors, funds and financial institutions, developers and construction professionals, landowners and companies from different sectors. He advised on the implementation of Spanish property market transactions, including the acquisition of unique buildings, known office buildings, shopping centers, real estate portfolios and number of sale and lease-back operations, and he has extensive experience in the hotel industry, having participated and worked with renowned companies, both in the purchase or sale of hotels, and in leases and hotel management. In addition he also has solid experience in the distribution sector, from having worked in an in-house counsel role as part of Spanish food and drinks company.
