Career

Byung-Suk Lee is an attorney in the firm's Corporate Investigations & White Collar Defense Practice and Corporate Governance Practice.

Mr. Lee has extensive experience in white collar criminal defense, primarily in the areas of securities fraud and insider trading.

Before joining the firm in 2006, Mr. Lee served as a public prosecutor for 11 years. In that capacity, he developed expertise in a wide range of criminal law matters.

Mr. Lee is known as a trusted advocate in a diverse range of industries, and has received numerous honors, including being ranked in the area of White Collar Defense in Chambers Asia-Pacific 2016.
