Throughout his career, Mr. Huh has advised the Korean government, including Korea’s top financial regulator, the National Assembly and various Ministries. He is consistently recognized by the world’s leading legal directories as a top corporate/M&A and capital markets lawyer in Korea.

His significant M&A practice covers a wide range, including cross-border and domestic acquisitions of corporates, financial institutions and public companies, investments by global and domestic private equity funds and takeover defense, on a number of first-of-its-kind and high-profile M&A transactions in Korea.

Mr. Huh also has deep securities practice experience, having successfully handled a number of IPOs and other offerings of equity in overseas and domestic capital markets.
