Yong Seung Sun is an attorney at Kim & Chang’s Structured Finance, Investment Management and M&A Practices.

Mr. Sun’s practice focuses on advising multinational and Korean financial institutions and corporations on a wide range of cross-border and domestic transactions, including those in the structured finance, investment management and M&A areas.

Mr. Sun graduated from the College of Law at Seoul National University in 1995. He continued his legal training in the Korean Army and later joined the firm in 2000. He received his LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 2006 and worked at the New York office of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton before returning to Kim & Chang in 2007.
