Position

Alessandro Villa, a specialist in company and commercial law, has been a key element in the growth of Osborne Clarke’s Italian office, which has grown in parallel with Alessandro’s own career path.

He is the Head of the Italian Mobility and Infrastructure team. His legal experience focuses on company law, corporate finance and M&A transactions, with a keen eye for international transactions.

He provides highly specialised advice to leading businesses in the automotive sector,  operating in a wide number of areas, from the transformation of the raw materials to the distribution of the end products. His experience also extends to the wider energy sector, with a particular focus on renewables. This wide-ranging background in these naturally overlapping sectors fuels his interest in the decarbonisation transformation driver and some of its cutting-edge new technologies such as Mobility as a Service (MaaS), Vehicle to Grid (V2G) and Autonomous Vehicles (AV).

Alessandro assists businesses as well as professional, industrial and  private equity investors, both Italian and foreign. He has developed an expertise in financial restructuring in the context of insolvency proceedings, advising clients in resolving the corporate aspects deriving from those transactions.
