Position

As head of the firm’s Italian Competition/Antitrust practice, Lucio has extensive knowledge of all aspects of EU and Italian competition law and offers clients strategically focussed, commercial and practical advice in their business-critical corporate behavioural and merger control cases.

Lucio regularly represents clients before the Italian Competition Authority and the Italian administrative and civil courts. He also frequently acts before the European Commission as well as the General Court and the Court of Justice in Luxembourg.

He is highly experienced in various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, insurance, consumer, aerospace and defence, oil.

Lucio also regularly advises and represents clients in foreign investment filings before the Italian Presidency of Council of Ministers.
