Previously, she was a Partner in the Regulatory Group and head of the Administrative Law and Public Sector area at PwC Tax & Legal Services and lawyer at Cuatrecasas before that.

Arancha Bengoechea has more than 20 years of experience and she specializes in all branches of public law – environmental law, administrative contracting, administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings, pharmaceutical law, telecommunications and gambling, among others – as well as providing legal advice to non-profit organizations, procedural law and competition law.

In these areas, she has advised public and private clients on all types of projects, procedures and legal proceedings at all levels.

Arancha Bengoechea has participated as a speaker at numerous conferences and seminars and is the author of several publications related to Public Law.

In the academic field, she has been a teacher in the Master of Business Law at the University Antonio de Nebrija and at the Instituto de Empresa, where she taught the subject of Contentious-Administrative Law.

She has been highlighted by important international guides such as Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500 and Best Lawyer in the areas of Environmental Law and Public Law.
