Career

He started his career at Studio Legale Pessi e Associati, founded his own firm, subsequently becoming a partner of the firm NCTM and then of Boursier Niutta & Partners. He joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati as a partner in January 2022. Luca has extensive experience in advising both domestic and international clients on all labour, trade union and social security law matters. He has lectured both at the University of Rome Tor Vergata and at the University of Rome LUISS, and authored several publications in the field of labour law.  He was admitted to practice in 2004 and, since 2017, he has rights of appearance before the Italian Supreme Court.

He is an AGI – Italian Labour lawyers Association and an EELA – European Employment Lawyers Association member.

Education

He graduated from the University of Rome La Sapienza in 2000, has obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in labour and social security law from the same university and a Ph.D. in labour, trade union and social security law from the University of Rome Tor Vergata. He can pride himself of a participation in the competitive Seminar of comparative labour law “Pontignano XXI” patronised by AIDLaSS and hosted by the University of Siena.
