Cesare joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in July 2015. He advises national and international clients on all aspects of employment and labour law, and he has gained significant experience of advising on management of relationship with top managers, corporate crises, including mass redundancies, corporate reorganisation for extraordinary transactions, drafting of employment and agency contracts, and litigation.
