Career
Ilario Giangrossi is a Partner of the firm and Head of the litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring department. Ilario works, on a regular basis, on a wide range of judicial proceedings within the remit of civil law, corporate law, banking and finance (also cross-border transactions and/or involving different parties). Furthermore, Ilario boasts a solid experience in proceedings related to structured finance products and derivatives, violation of duties by financial intermediaries, as well as bankruptcy and restructuring procedures. With reference to civil matters, he has long served important industrial and financial companies in different controversies on product liability, agency agreements and breach of supply and tender contracts. In addition to the above, Ilario has a solid experience in the IP sector.
Before joining Grimaldi, Ilario was partner of important Italian and international law firms.
