Career
Agata specializes in day-to-day tax law advice on issues such as VAT, CIT, PIT, and in tax proceedings in particular in respect of board members’ liability for the company’s tax arrears.
Agata has many years of experience in advising large companies in the telecommunications, energy and recycling industries. She is also experienced in representing clients during tax audits, in tax procedures and in litigation before common and administrative courts.
Before joining K&P, Agata worked with GWW Tax for 8 years.
