Madalina Perte is a Managing Associate in the Bucharest office specializing in Corporate and M&A. She also focuses on Banking, Finance and Capital Markets and Technology, Media and Telecommunications, and has advised on many of our most recent Energy and Natural Resources transactions (including renewables).
Madalina has dealt with assignments as varied as acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, privatisations, joint ventures and management buyouts. She has more than 8 years of legal experience and has already taken the lead on numerous major mandates of our office by participating in complex negotiations, drafting the transaction documents and also effectively coordinating the other members of the Corporate / M&A team.
She has been involved in multiple due diligence exercises for companies active across a very wide range of sectors (including automotive, energy and natural resources or technology, media and telecommunications), and she regularly advises multinational companies on daily housekeeping matters.
Madalina boasts expertise in the banking and finance area as well, having assisted a large number of credit institutions, non-banking financial institutions, leasing and insurance companies in connection with corporate, financial regulatory and capital markets matters.
Worth being highlighted is the fact that Madalina has become our office’s go-to person whenever a major transaction in the energy field is on the table.
