Clare is experienced in commercial drafting and negotiation of construction contracts. She has acted for state authorities on large scale national infrastructure projects, from roads to schools to hospitals. She is adept at managing negotiations, assessing risks and bringing complex projects to successful close.

Clare has particular expertise in regulatory construction law; she is a noted health and safety law practitioner and lectures in Trinity College Dublin and University College Dublin on the statutory regimes.
