Position
Senior Associate in IP & TMT Practice. She specialises in personal data protection, particularly in personal data processing in recruitment and employment, as well as cybersecurity, information protection and intellectual property and new technologies law.
She has extensive experience in conducting projects for compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). She also participates in projects to adapt key service operators to the requirements of the Act on National Cybersecurity System.
Karolina advises entities (including capital groups) operating on the sales support processes outsourcing market, including telemarketing, and in the media and e-commerce sectors, particularly in the area of personal data protection, intellectual property as well as in competition and consumer law.
She is an author of many scientific publications on personal data protection and intellectual property law and a speaker at national and international scientific conferences on personal data protection, new technologies and intellectual property law. In 2017 she was awarded
a scholarship by the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding academic achievements.
