Position
Partner in the Corporate and M&A Practice. Advises on corporate law and M&A, and provides day-to-day company law assistance. She has gained experience in numerous restructuring projects, both in the analytical phase (developing assumptions, the target structure and the approach path, preparing step plans) and in the implementation phase (e.g. forming commercial companies, drawing up/amending articles of association, implementing changes in capital, company mergers, demergers and transformations). She also specialises in due diligence projects and M&A transactions.
