Position

Partner Aldo P. Brielli is the Head of EY’s Healthcare and Life Science team.

He is specialized in commercial, tender/public, compliance and EU regulatory law related to Life Sciences practices.

Aldo is a lawyer who works with leading Italian and multinational companies in the field of commercial and company law, with full experience gained in the pharmaceutical and biomedical sector commercial and corporate law; particular experience in the context of daily consultancy (for any ordinary legal activity), extrajudicial and judicial (in litigation, also relating to liability for damage from defective product) and in support of extraordinary operations.

In particular, he is recognized for his ability in commercial business contracts, in relations with the so-called “Third parties” (agents and distributors), within MedTech and in relations with stakeholders, medical personnel and the Public Administration, as well as in regulatory activities and in the preparation, review and implementation of organization, management and control models pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 231/2001.

An essential feature is his very strong experience with the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry, with a deep knowledge of sector regulations and dynamic. This  has allowed Aldo to create a personal, continuous and trusting relationship with the clients, summarizing the advice given in a concrete and timely manner –  translating the logic and language of business management into those of the public administration, judicial authorities and of the Control Bodies.

Aldo joined the EY legal team in 2019 from a primary Italian law firm.
