Position
As an expert in corporate and capital markets law, Vicente advises both national and foreign clients on all types of corporate transactions especially in the stock market and M&A fields. Vicente represents clients in tender offers, takeovers, IPOs, public share offerings, issuing of convertible bonds and other securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and corporate governance matters.
Career
Vicente was made partner of the Corporate and Financial department in September 2005.

Education
Vicente has a Law degree from the Universidad Autónoma, Madrid, and a postgraduate degree in European Law from the Université Libre in Brussels, Belgium.
