Career

Emmet Whelan is a Partner in the ByrneWallace LLP Employment Team.

He deals with a diverse range of employment issues for clients in various sectors including financial services, pharma, energy and technology.  Emmet is head of the department’s corporate immigration offering and a member of the firm’s UK Steering Group. He deals with foreign direct investment, particularly UK companies developing operations in Ireland. Emmet is also lead advisor to a number of significant public sector bodies and Government Departments.
