Laura is a Partner in the ByrneWallace LLP Technology Group.
Laura advises technology and other clients in the private and public sector on matters including software development and related contracts, website terms and conditions, SAAS agreements, API licensing, IP commercialisation and master service arrangements and complex service models.
Laura has also worked extensively with start-up and scaling businesses on their fundraising and development activities.
In the ever evolving technology landscape Laura is excited to work with clients in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, blockchain and the metaverse.
Having worked as Head of Legal for a large multinational in Ireland for a number of years Laura is very familiar with the commercial and operational realities that face her clients. The focus is on providing pragmatic, expert and efficient advices that allow her clients to drive their businesses forward.
