Career

Brian advises asset managers and fund service providers (including depositaries and administrators) on carrying on business in Ireland. He is a specialist in the structuring, establishment and operation of all types of investment funds from UCITS (including ETFs) to Alternative Investment Funds (including PE) and on the establishment and operation of UCITS management companies and AIFMs.

Brian is Chair of the Irish Funds ETF group and a member of the EFAMA ETF group. He is also a former Chair of the Irish Funds Legal and Regulatory group and member of its Council. He is a regular contributor to industry journals and frequently speaks at international fund events.
