Career

Shane is a partner in Dillon Eustace Asset Management and Investment Funds team with particular expertise in exchange traded funds (ETFs), UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds.

Shane has over 14 years’ experience in advising international asset management firms and investment banks in relation to the structuring, establishment and authorisation of Irish regulated investment funds and in providing regulatory advice to leading international asset managers and fund promoters. In addition to advising the promoters and investment managers of such funds, Shane advises fund investors, fund directors and fund service providers on relevant Irish law, regulatory issues impacting the asset management sector and market practice. Shane has a particular expertise in ETFs having advised several large asset managers and ETF specialists on the establishment of their Irish domiciled exchange traded fund products and is a member of the Irish chapter of Women in ETFs.
