Karoline works with capital market transactions related to Norwegian and non-Norwegian companies across sectors, including IPOs/listings on the Oslo Stock Exchange’s market places, private placements, investments and block trades. She also assists with public M&A transactions such as public tender offers. She advices issuers, investment banks and others on inquiries related to company and securities law, including regarding inside information, transactions by primary insiders and disclosure of major shareholdings (flagging).
