Position

Jørgen has substantial experience in litigation and dispute resolution. Jørgen’s practice encompasses dispute resolution and advisory services in complex contractual disputes, inter alia technology and IT law, in addition to tort law and real estate-related disputes. Through his background with The Attorney General for Civil Affairs and The Office of the Prime Minister, Jørgen is also experienced in public administrative law, and in advising in matters related to law and politics. Jørgen is specialised in civil procedure, a subject he has teached at the University, and within which he has written a book and several articles. Jørgen is admitted to the Supreme Court and has litigated cases before Norwegian courts at all levels, as well international courts.
