Amund Fougner Bugge has more than 20 years’ experience as an attorney and advises a broad range of domestic and foreign entities connected to transactions in Norway and abroad.

Amund is active both in the market for private and public M&A transactions. He has extensive experience with public to private takeovers, IPOs and other equity capital market transactions, and is highly specialized in the field of securities law and stock exchange regulations.
