Erlend Lous has extensive experience with shipping- and offshore related transactions, financing, restructuring and general corporate/M&A. Erlend assists the major arrangers of sale/lease back projects and ship owners with sale, purchase and registration of vessels, structuring/restructuring and construction contracts. He also assists several Norwegian and international banks and financial institutions, and has assisted several banks in major restructuring processes.

Erlend was the head of the Singapore office of Simonsen Vogt & Wiig from 2007 – 2009.
