Career

Robert Romansky is a partner and co-head of Schhjødt’s Corporate M&A practice group. He assists in transactions, both public and private, and investments, joint ventures and commercial contracts. He frequently advises on many of the largest and most complex transactions in the Nordics, representing mainly Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, Norwegian and international bluechip companies and Family Offices.

Robert has been a lawyer since 1999 and joined Schjødt in 2012. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Oslo. He is ranked as a leading and recommended individual in international rankings, including Chambers and Legal 500.
