Weronika Kapica is an attorney at law and joined Schoenherr’s Warsaw office in 2016.  She is a part of the banking & finance practice in Warsaw. With 4 years of professional experience her practice covers both banking & finance, capital markets and M&A. Weronika has worked in a wide range of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured financing, bridge loans, and bonds.
